Cherry Cricket Restaurant Review

: For more than 70 years, this holy grail of beef has lured locals and tourists alike with its massive menu dedicated to burgers. Part restaurant and part watering hole, it's a welcoming, well-worn space that caters to families, craft beer drinkers, sports fanatics, creatures of habit and, of course, burger addicts who can't get enough of the bull. The char-grilled patties are matched with a seemingly endless list of toppings that range from grilled onions and avocado to grilled pineapple and raspberry jam. Along with beef, Cherry Cricket also parades bison burgers, turkey burgers and veggie burgers, not to mention a burger of the month --- a quirky union of ingredients (horseradish-pineapple cream cheese, red peppers, grilled onions and lettuce, for example) that buck tradition. A side of frings (onions rings and french fries) is mandatory, as is the signature Cricket brownie jazzed up with chocolate sauce, strawberries, whipped cream and crunchy toffee crumbles. There is also a selection of boozy milkshakes, along with more straightforward cocktails.
