Baskets of warm chips served with addictive roasted-tomato salsa arrive almost immediately on the tables (you have to ask for the extra-hot version), tempting diners to gulp down giant margaritas and Mexican beers. If you can't decide on dishes, start with the fresh-Mex sampler, with spicy chicken wings, chicken and pork tamales, fajita chicken nachos, a chicken quesadilla and fresh guacamole. For heartier appetites, the combo platter lets you pick from enchiladas, tacos, tamales and gooey, cheese-filled chile rellenos. If you haven't filled up by dessert, order the coconut cajeta, a sinful combination of vanilla ice cream rolled in toasted coconut and topped with homemade caramel or chocolate sauce.
