Under the gilt of the Louis XV drawing rooms in this temple of Bordeaux gastronomy, you can savor wonders such as the morel mushroom ravioli or the lobster and ratte tart with confit garlic, as well as desserts with variations around a single fruit. Things are working their way in the right direction, if only the service would stop being so prissy and clumsy.
