Vincent Cozzoli has left the rue du Tunnel to move into the heart of the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, in the Pavillon Puebla. In this move, this one-man chef seems to have lost all his inspiration, so much so that his Transalpine menu of traditional dishes cruelly lacks relevance and precision, which is a pity.
