Pritikin would be proud of the relatively greaseless wok dishes and the many steamed selections at Chin Chin. The kitchen offers gourmet treats: steak in black pepper sauce, innovative noodle dishes of the day, shrimp patties and Taiwanese chicken three ways (a casserole with vegetables in a hot pot). For wine, order Wan Fu. Stick with the banana fritters for dessert.
