This neat and unassuming place near Rittenhouse Square emphasizes healthy Chinese food. They claim that the use only fresh vegetables and only the white meat of chicken in their preparations. They also have eighteen different ways to cook tofu (including General Tso’s bean curd, and sweet and sour bean curd with pineapple). They are one of the few places to use mock chicken and beef (wheat gluten and soy), as orange chicken or Hunan beef. There are plenty of regular dishes too, like old standbys---egg foo yung and lo mein.
