If you find yourself hit by a craving for breakfast, head to Cindi’s, where you can get a stack of pancakes or a plate of eggs from early morning until 8 p.m. There are about a dozen different types of pancakes and waffles, including delicate German-style crêpes spread with lemon butter and sprinkled with powdered sugar, as well as blintzes and french toast. Omelets are big, made with three eggs, and come with hash browns or grits, and a short stack of pancakes or other choices. This is also a New York-style deli, and the towering Reuben passes our litmus test. Finally, pamper yourself with a fresh baked pastry and watch the Dallas scene.
