Cinnabon offers big, fresh, gooey cinnamon rolls---the dough yeasty and buttery and so pillowy you could sleep on it. The dough is rolled around a cinnamon-caramel mixture, and each roll is thickly slathered with a not-too-sweet cream cheese frosting. Cinnabon is part of a nationwide chain; close proximity to a branch might doom one to a life of elastic waistbands.
