Cochon Volant Restaurant Review

: This Roland Liccioni (Les Nomades) venture delivers a brasserie/bar/bakery experience in the Theater District/Loop. Start the day with a salmon Benedict or “Le Chocolat” waffles. Lunch and dinnertime bring French dips, steak frites and fruits de mer. Executive chef Matt Ayala (Schwa, Gilt Bar) is in charge of the kitchen and daily operations.
