Get here early to line up for the warm-from-the-oven breads and pastries; you’ll find half of Montrose and a handful of local chefs waiting as well. If you can score a table, stay for a breakfast of eggs on fresh baked rolls and a Mexican Coke, or the hearty beef and grits. Lunches consist of simple salads, flatbreads and sandwiches (get the Korean barbecue on a sesame hoagie). Specialties include a burger made with 44 Farms beef and a cedar plank salmon topped with an apricot-mustard glaze and salmon roe. Good coffee, juices and a smattering of craft beers and wines round out the beverage menu. Don’t forget to bring home a bag of buttery croissants.
