Compass Grille Restaurant Review:
Compass Grille is handy to beach-goers, whether they are staying at Sirata Beach Resort or not. The menu covers all the day’s meals, from steak and eggs for breakfast to dinnertime’s grilled St. Louis-style ribs tossed with spicy root beer barbecue sauce and accompanied by sweet potato fries. There are one or two creative touches on tap, including a tasty dinner appetizer of orange-ginger chicken lollipops with toasted sesame. Another crowd-pleaser is a New York strip steak (fire-grilled or blackened) served with sautéed Key West pink shrimp. Dessert options vary but almost always include a choice of ice cream, cake and pie.
