If you’re craving chicken fried steak and eggs, pancakes too large for the plate or biscuits bathed in country gravy --- and you should, since you’re in “Horsetown USA” (aka Norco) --- one of the best places to eat is Cowgirl Café. The place, owned by a local couple, oozes cowboy charm, and the portions are man-size. Lemonade arrives in a huge Mason jar. At lunch, sandwiches and burgers are more than respectable and kids are always well accommodated.
