Coyote Flaco Restaurant Review:

The name means "skinny coyote," and this restaurant takes a light approach to authentic Mexican cuisine, using olive and other healthier oils and pairing charcoal-broiled meats with generous helpings of vegetables. Chorizo stewed in fresh cactus juice and chipotle sauce makes for a mighty spicy appetizer. While the overly chocolaty chicken mole disappoints, the roja, suiza and Oaxaca enchilada trio and roast pork taco are full-flavored for all their healthiness. The only thing the restaurant isn't lean on is the service, which is fast and friendly. This little place is big on festivity, embracing every occasion that calls for margaritas. Working lunch?
