: Former Top Chef winner Richard Blais and founder Michael Rosen launched The Crack Shack fast-casual fried chicken concept at Park MGM. The menu features Jidori chicken in five- or 10-piece meals with dipping sauces; french fries with schmaltz; fried chicken oysters; deviled eggs with a french toast crumble and candied bacon; sandwiches such as the Double Clucker with two ground chicken patties, cheddar, bacon and smashed avocado; and salads like the Anti-Salad Power Bowl with smoked chicken, soft boiled egg, heritage grains, salsa, avocado and arugula.
