THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Crescent Pie & Sausage Company Restaurant Review:

From the house-made sausages to the meat-topped pizzas, to the meat entrées and nicely portioned sandwiches, Crescent Pie & Sausage Company turns out comfort food to the max. Unfortunately, the final product may not live up to the concept and the menu’s descriptions. Pizzas are overly cheesy and anything but crispy; sandwiches are decent, but not exciting. Sausages are hit and miss. Some of the best-sounding dishes arrive greasy. However, the "redneck brisket" barbecued with pepper aïoli is a hit, as is the mac ‘n’ cheese, and the raspberry float with frozen Creole cream cheese is slightly addictive. You may be left to wonder, though, in a restaurant where red meat is so prevalent, why there are so few wines offered. The building and the interior are quite homey and comfortable.
