'Cue Barbecue Restaurant Review:

Chris Hilton worked with Paul Doster to open the Milton location of 'Cue Barbecue, then teamed up with Gene Pica to launch the Cumming outpost. The same menu prevails, as does the methodology and passion for quality. Vinegar-dressed "Pittsburgh" coleslaw tops the pork sliders, Carolina style. While we prefer ribs a bit more resistant to the bite, folks who enjoy the falling-off-the-bone style will like these, which are braised then finished off on the grill. The kitchen team makes everything in-house short of the ice cream, and that includes stuffing the sausage, natural casing, of course. Seasonal fruit cobbler is a good way to go for dessert, and the kids' menu is of particularly note. Beer is the quaff of choice; a wine list is offered but it could be more 'cue-friendly.
