THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Da Leo Trattoria Restaurant Review:
Having recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary, Da Leo has long been one of Lincoln Road's most popular spots for moderately-priced Italian fare. The old world dining room, expanded more than once over the decade, retains its intimate and romantic appeal. The mostly Tuscan cuisine has its equal share of admirers and detractors. The former point to homemade pastas, fresh seafood specials and solid Florentine-style steaks; the latter bemoan the inconsistencies---on some nights that steak may not be so solid--and the generally unspectacular nature of the cooking. All can agree that the wine list contains surprisingly exceptional bottles, and the al fresco dining is a delight.
