The second Daily Grind, located uptown near Loyola College, is even funkier than its Fells Point parent, sporting an amazing concrete and ceramic grotto along with bounteous cases filled with muffins, cookies and cakes. Heartier fare at this favorite with the Loyola College crowd includes soups, an array of sandwiches, and Belgian waffles. The coffee, in all its various and sundry guises, is very, very good.
