THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES TO FELLS GRIND. The Daily Grind is growing up! Gone is the gritty Fells Point dive that the cast and crew of the now-defunct TV show Homicide considered a second home. Now part of a national franchise, the coffeehouse's downtown digs are Formica bright and more spacious. There are still cases brimming with muffins, cookies and cakes to tempt you, along with an array of sandwiches and salads; specialty croissants are as fancy as things get. The coffee, in all its incarnations, remains very good.
