THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Daniel J's Restaurant Review:

Now that John (Jack) Daniel Jones is expanding his mini-empire, his first restaurant---a pleasant double storefront---putters along in its own quirky way. The menu has become familiar to the neighborhood clientele: mushroom quesadillas, blackened beef brochette, stone-baked pizzas to start; Asian-inspired fish, imaginative pastas, roasted rack of lamb as main courses. The pork tenderloin with potato pancakes and sugar-baked apples is a signature dish. Sorbets make a refreshing finish. The wine list could be better, but the service is congenial.
