Delhi Dhaba Restaurant Review:

Since it opened its first tandoor oven in Arlington some years ago, this Indian place has made its mark locally, with budget prices and daringly seasoned food. Don't expect bland curries or insipid vegetable dishes. The vindaloo here can be astonishingly hot. This is plain roadside food, with lusty curries, hot-from-the-tandoor breads and fiery chutneys. Hits include the well-seasoned chicken tikka and the very pungent goat meat curry. Dhal is slightly runny, but its flavors are robust. But what was once a casual and rather easygoing setting has been remodeled and gentrified, now with a tony ambience, a perfect setting for some of the area's best Indian eats.
