Diners at Din Din dig the fun, comfortable environment, tasty traditional Chinese recipes from the Young family archives and hefty tropical cocktails like the Scorpion and The Great Wall (Absolut Mandrin, Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Rum and pineapple). Crêpes for the egg rolls and the skins for the pot stickers are house-made and only the freshest ingredients are used for items like lobster tse jup, pressed Mandarin duck, Chilean sea bass and sautéed calamari. For vegetarians, there's an array of delights including vegetable pot stickers, spicy moo shu veggie crêpes and gingery fried tofu with asparagus in black bean sauce.
