Division Sixteen is many things to many people. Throughout the day and early evening, the crowd is a mixed bag of students, teens, and families out for a night of burgers and shakes. All the action centers on the dim, arena-like dining room in the back. But as the night goes on, the scene seekers drift in from nearby Newbury Street. Euros stop in for a pre-clubbing drink and lithe young things pack the bar up front. The main attractions here are either burgers, fries and wings, or stellar mixed drinks like caipirinhas, cosmos or martinis. The who and the when dictates the what.
