Most of the tables in this local hot-spot are large, banquet-size rounds suitable for family-style feasting. Entrées like roast duck, drunken clams with Chinese wine, or honey-walnut prawns are delivered fresh and hot to the table in abundant proportions on sizzling platters. All the traditional fare of Chinese cuisine is represented on the menu, with plenty of seafood, vegetable and noodle dishes to accommodate. Service is prompt and casual, and the moderate-size dining room is almost always full. Lunch features an ample selection of dim sum, manapua and steamed mochi rice with mixed meat wrapped in lotus leaf that is not available for dinner.
