Earls Kitchen + Bar Restaurant Review:

A tribute to the rebuilding of Tysons Corner to reflect its burgeoning high-end retail and residential sites, this glamorously immense setting, with even a small Old-Fashioned Bar off to the side, attracts crowds who like opulence and fine dining. Its menu can be a bit overwhelming, as chances are you may want to order one of everything. Where to start? Tuna tostadas, Dynamite rolls and truffle fries will set the stage for what comes next: bibimbap, a warm kale salad, a Santa Fe chicken salad and, if you are a burger fan, the Royale with beer-infused cheddar, bacon, onions and mushroom on a fresh brioche bun. The six- or eight-ounce steaks are almost fork tender and come with sides of garlicky mashed potatoes. For dessert, what could be more luscious than sticky toffee pudding? In short, the environs will wow the most jaded diner, and inspire folks to overeat. It's hard to believe this place is part of a large restaurant group with numerous sites.
