Eatsa started out in San Francisco and has since expanded with this location at The Village at Westfield Topanga in Woodland Hills. This healthy fast food concept features eight distinct "bowl" offerings that are quinoa-based and traffic heavily in garden fare, making for a high-protein, low-carb meal. Sides include house-made potato chips, chips and guacamole and fruit salad. Six refreshing fruit juices and teas complete the menu. Diners order from a bank of iPads and within minutes food appears in one of a wall-full of futuristic glass cubes.
