Eddy’s family owner-operators and their staff have reason to be proud of the menu. While you study it, indulge in an array of Lebanese hors d’oeuvres that include tabbouleh, hummus, cabbage rolls and hickory-smoked ribs---all original family recipes. You can also order them as an entrée, though we tend to opt for a light filet, quail, lamb chops or seafood---best among which is the baked orange roughy.
