Eggslut continues its local expansion with a Glendale branch near The Americana at Brand. The concept started as a food truck, then continued to gain a following for its gourmet egg sandwiches with a quick-service counter at Grand Central Market. The menu features the likes of the "Fairfax," with soft scrambled eggs, chives, cheddar, caramelized onions and sriracha mayo. In addition, look for a coddled egg over potato purée in a glass jar, a signature specialty.
