A crisp margarita will start things off just right. Then settle in to enjoy some of the only truly Mexican food served in these parts. Asado de puerco --- its pork simmered to fall-apart tenderness in red chile sauce sparked with cumin --- is one reason to go. Chicken mole, rich with chocolate undertones, is another. And the seafood dishes, like the vivid shrimp a la diabla, are wickedly good. Even the simpler offerings, such as the fiery stuffed jalapeños and the green chile quesadillas, have much to recommend them. Add a festive atmosphere (the place is jam-packed most all the time) and any day can feel like Cinco de Mayo.
