About the restaurant: El Vez is a fantasia Mexicana with wild décor, including a gold-plated low-rider. The music blares, the bar scene draws the young and good-looking, the food is tasty and the margaritas are potent. The outside dining scene is also fun in warm weather.
Food & Drinks: Offerings include tuna tostadas with chipotle mayo and a fresh selection of guacamoles. Carnitas tacos spiked with salsa verde are a must. If you can't choose, the taco tasting platter makes life easy. Try churros for dessert.
