THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Elemental at Gasworks Restaurant Review:

Located on the edge of Seattle’s most eclectic park, Elemental at Gasworks is anything but ordinary. In fact, an entryway sign reads: “There are more than 1,200 normal restaurants in Seattle. This is not one of them.” Owners Phred Westfall and Laurie Riedeman bring an underground restaurant vibe to create a distinctive presence. Reservations aren't part of the scheme, so we advise arriving between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. when cocktails are served, or around 9 p.m. to partake of either the à la carte or prix-fixe three-course menu. Enjoy the small, thoughtful touches, such as the garlic-spiced popcorn with cocktails. Your servers (aka the chef-owners and a single sous chef) adeptly pair wine with each course. Dishes may include parsley risotto with escargots and roasted garlic, Arctic char with cippolini purée and Brussels sprouts, or butternut squash ravioli with truffled beurre blanc. As a sweet finale, choose from a pine nut tart, vanilla rice pudding, olive oil cake or chocolate pot de crème. Elemental Next Door (E.N.D.) offers a more casual dining option with the same quality food.
