About the restaurant: Rumor has it that Two Bunch Palms was built by Al Capone as his West Coast hideout. What would the pasta-loving gangster think of his former digs and its signature restaurant’s farm-to-fork menu? Expansive windows frame the San Jacinto Mountains, and a tree rises up from Essense’s floor like a phoenix. A backdrop of light natural woods, alabaster walls and miniature cactus centerpieces adds to the ambience.
Food & Drinks: The focus here are vegetable So-Cal inspired items. The menu changes seasonally and offers a variety of options from vegan and vegetarian dishes to hearty and comforting meat dishes. Unlike other spa destinations, wine and beer flow freely.
