Falasophy Restaurant Review:
The Falasophy food truck cultivated a pretty impressive following amongst the SoCal hipster set. The concept reaches its logical conclusion through their brick-and-mortar iteration, located in the 4th Street Market in uber-cool downtown Santa Ana. Fans will be able to order up classic falafel sandwiches and hummus just like they can in the mobile kitchen. These items are joined here by more complex Mediterranean offerings, such as shwarmas and Lebanese specialties such as kanafeh.
