For fans of the famous Greek salads for which nearby Tarpon Springs restaurants in general, and the Pappas family restaurants in particular, are famous, this cousin deli offers that wondrous mix of vegetables, feta cheese and Greek-style potato salad made from an old family recipe. The Greek salads here come in all sizes and shapes, for take-out or eat-in, and can be ordered to feed a small army, from a mini-Greek to one that serves ten. Besides standard deli sandwiches, the restaurant also offers antipasto, spanakopita, a cold shrimp plate, subs and pita specials. Desserts include a limited choice of cookies, pastries, rice pudding and, thankfully, baklava.
