To celebrate Paul Bocuse's eighty-first birthday and many years of culinary talent and accomplishment, chef Alain Ducasse with Bernard Lambert, general manager of the Société des Bains, have gathered chefs from all different horizons for three days of gastronomical festivities in Monaco.
