The visual and epicurean arts commingle at Fellow in West Los Angeles --- there is a secondary entrance to the restaurant through the neighboring art gallery, The Galerie, which is also owned by Camino Industries (The Hudson, EarthBar, Imari). Executive chef Chris Flint presents dishes such as scallop ceviche with avocado, radish, and jalapeño; glazed lobster with turnips, leeks, and vanilla; and grilled short rib with potato, maitake mushroom and horseradish. Sommelier Scott Lester oversees the wine cellar of more than 2,000 selections from over 550 producers, highlighting California growing regions. There is also a beer program led by Matthew Pene, as well as craft cocktails, housemade non-alcoholic spirits and low ABV cocktails from bar director Adam Fournier.
