Fette Sau Restaurant Review:

Fette Sau, or “Fat Pig” in German, is not, despite the linguistic characteristic of its name, a German restaurant. It is an eatery that serves plenty of pig, and likely fat ones, indeed. This Williamsburg barbecue spot is one of the best (and, rightfully so, most popular) destinations for meat in the borough, if not the entire city. Hipsters cram the place for juicy, tender brisket, thick slices of heart-stopping bacon, and moist chunks of pork jowl, among other carnal delights on offer. There’s a large craft beer selection to go with your meat and long communal tables at which to sit and enjoy a meal with a group of friends.
