THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED In Fine Spirits Lounge Restaurant Review:
With a long bar dominating one side of the room and a majority of the tables being high-tops, it would be easy to label this friendly Andersonville spot a basic neighborhood bar. Don’t. With a cocktail menu that rivals The Violet Hour in its creativity, house-made ingredients and obscure liquors, and a menu that goes way beyond wings and pizza, In Fine Spirits Lounge is definitely more than it seems (it’s owned by the same people as next-door In Fine Spirits). Wine flights are available as is a bourbon flight. Cocktails range from the classics to more out-there options (the De Amor with hibiscus-infused tequila, lime, egg white and rosewater is a winner). The small plates menu is ideal for creating a mix-and-match meal with options such as house-cured olives, artisanal cheeses, country pâté and crispy ricotta gnocchi. Or keep it simple and opt for one of the flatbreads.
