The Fish Market Restaurant Review:

The owners of these chain eateries maintain their own fishery, two boats and an interest in a Puget Sound oyster farm. Salmon is smoked and cured at the fishery and the oysters are fresh from the Northwest. They're hitting all the bases with a menu that obviously wants to appeal to everyone: The seafood is mesquite grilled, baked, Cajun- and Japanese-style. But there's also sashimi and pasta, Italian fish dishes and a variety of smoked fish. However, the best meal just may be the simple grilled fish steak and fries. The ambience is casual and has the look of a thrown-together warehouse full of nautical kitsch.
