THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Five Restaurant Review:

THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Five traded its cool, modern spot in The Grove for a larger venue in St. Louis’ venerable Italian neighborhood. It gains an outdoor patio but loses its proximity to chef Anthony Devoti’s gastropub, Newstead Tower Public House, which previously was just a few doors down. Diners will be relieved to hear that the kitchen’s philosophy remains the same: Devoti leads with quality ingredients and features an oft-changing menu, most of which is simply prepared (think braised rabbit or wild mushroom risotto). Even some menu staples, like the pork pâté, reflect the season in their ingredients. Devoti's excursions toward the elaborate are often rewarding to the curious diner. A four-course tasting menu is available nightly.
