Three prix fixe three-course Valentine’s menu options available from Friday, February 10 to Tuesday, February 14. Entrée selections are petite filet mignon & crab-stuffed shrimp scampi for $85 per person; petite filet mignon & lobster tail scampi for $95 per person; and Prime surf & turf for two with 35 oz Prime tomahawk, north Atlantic lobster tail and four crab-stuffed shrimp for $230. Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Restaurant Review:

About the restaurant: The restaurant’s design features a large patio that wraps around one side of the building; an open floor plan in the main dining room; a bar with lounge seating, from which the Vegas Strip is visible; and a private dining room that can accommodate up to 80 guests. The wine room situated near the back bar draws attention to the expansive wine offerings, as does the flooring repurposed from wine barrels, complete with stamps from various vineyards.

Food: Steaks share the limelight with the wine selection, with 21-day, dry-aged Prime rib-eye and Prime New York strip, accompanied by options of truffled poached lobster, diablo shrimp and lump crab Oscar style with béarnaise sauce. The signature Fleming's salad is enhanced by candied walnuts, dried cranberries, tomatoes, onions and herbed crostini. Seafood options include Alaskan king crab, Chilean sea bass and North Atlantic lobster tail. A not-to-be-missed side is the Fleming’s potatoes with cream, jalapeños and cheddar. The wine menu lists more than 100 wines served by the glass, which can be navigated using a web-based iPad. Save room for the rich chocolate cake with a molten center of Belgian chocolate with vanilla ice cream and chopped pistachios.
