Pastry chef Lauren Raymond devotes her attention to two specialty products: biscuits and bagels. She sells them at area farmers markets and inside this collaborative shop that houses three distinct businesses, with hers up front as the first one guests encounter. Come for breakfast and go for a bagel stuffed with homemade pimento cheese or sausage, egg and cheese. Top quality ingredients, such as King Arthur Flour and Plugra butter, take these items to another level. Get a cup of coffee from local roaster Joe's East Atlanta Coffee Shop across the street (but it's served here), kick back and start the day with a big smile.
