F.I.S.H. remains one of the freshest, not to mention best, seafood deals in the Port Chester area. Order early---before 6:30 p.m. to be exact---and the deal gets even sweeter with a free bottle of wine with your meal. While free libations are a draw, the real standout is the endless menu of fresh seafood, served every which way you can think of and more. Start with a selection of sushi or sashimi. Spicy tuna flatbread teems with delicate tuna dusted with ginger and chives and finished with a dab of mascarpone. Or try the barbecued Hawaiian escolar, served rare and drizzled with a light sauce. Of course, you can find success just as easily traveling the traditional route in time-tested favorites like cioppino or paella with saffron rice studded with chorizo. The dessert menu is easy to resist, especially after navigating your way through the menu.
