Frisco's Carhop Restaurant Bar & Grill Restaurant Review:
Located in the City of Industry, this is a classic ’50s-style diner with waitresses on roller skates and booths with the tail fins and front grills of vintage Chevys. It's a fun place for the family to load up on respectable diner cuisine, including a few Greek-inspired specialties. Starters include fries covered with smoked bacon, cheddar and onions, as well as spicy buffalo or sweet soy chicken wings, while a large tuna melt, burgers, baby-back ribs and a fajita platter are among the highlights for larger plates. A pink-and-aqua palette brightens the already lively space, and unlike many comparable diners, there’s a full bar for those who may tire of the shtick. To finish, a banana split does the trick.
