Fundaro's Foodstream operates in a 1971 Tradewind Airstream trailer, and its food is as unique as its look. Co-owned by an executive chef of one of Paso Robles’s most popular restaurants, Villa Creek, the Foodstream gets in gear with everything from “miso porky” pulled pork sandwiches to “green eggs and hamburgers” and “green poutine” --- a Southwestern spin on the Canadian comfort food. One of the menu’s key ingredients has been authentic low and slow barbecue, and you can also count on other touches such as freshly baked breads, and from-scratch dressings and sauces. Obviously, the food truck’s location varies, but is kept updated on Facebook and Twitter.
