Packed with Chelsea Sloane Rangers, discussing, it seems, either their wedding plans or their divorce settlements, the Garden Restaurant fits seamlessly into the GTC/Chelsea scene. The food is good, with hot dishes served at lunchtime, plus excellent salads, and outstanding cakes and coffee at other times of the day. There’s a garden in the back, which is wonderful on a warm summer’s day; inside it tends to get very crowded.
