Gilbert’s could compete with any New York Jewish deli: Their bagels are the best in Dallas, their corned beef is perfectly trimmed, and their turkey is the real thing---home-cooked and thinly sliced. The classic Reubens and club sandwiches don’t get any better than this, and all the sandwiches come with fat pickles and a choice of a powerfully good coleslaw or potato salad.
