THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Giovanni's Restaurant Review:

Giovanni’s claims to have the World’s Best Ribs, and that just might be true. The full slab is an awesome sight, at least fourteen bones from end to end. It seems to simmer on the plate, the color of dark mahogany. The hickory-smoked meat is thick and tender, clinging gently to the bone. Barbecue sauce, served on the side, is tangy yet sweet, with a subtly pleasing afterbite---a quasi-religious experience. Giovanni’s, as the name would imply, has an excellent selection of Italian dishes, too. Stuffed shells and baked clams are tops.
