Sam Yoo, who cooked at Momofuku Ko and Torrisi Italian Specialties, opened this diner, where the Lower East Side meets Chinatown. The menu features both classics and remixes – think eggs any way, matzoh ball soup, plus a chicken-mozzarella tamale with smoked kimchee and a Xian-style gyro with lamb and pork.
