Grand Central Market, Los Angeles, CA

Grand Central Market Restaurant Review

: Downtown's Grand Central Market has been evolving with L.A. culture since 1917. Hungry visitors are tempted by dozens of options, including oysters from The Oyster Gourmet, cheeses from DTLA Cheese and pastrami from Wexler's Deli. Alongside longtime vendors such as Ana Maria and Sarita's Pupuseria, you'll find hip newcomers like Eggslut. The historic venue has also attracted well-known chefs, such as former Campanile chef-owner Mark Peel, who is behind the seafood spot Prawn. Guests can stop by the market for take-out lunch, or just to pick up a few grocery items. Grand Central Market also hosts events like game nights every Thursday and screenings at the adjacent Million Dollar Theater.
